At the beginning of summer, our construction partner Plegt-Vos started the renovation of the building on Broerenstraat in Arnhem. Unfortunately, asbestos was found in the building during this work. This was unforeseen, which means that remediation must first take place. This means that the building is completely clean after this remediation.

Our construction partner Plegt-Vos started the renovation work in July. After the holiday, the actual realisation of the 58 luxury new-build apartments will take place.
